Terms & Conditions

We will constantly strive to exceed your expectations.

With this in mind, we value the needs of our network of partners and suppliers, who are independent boutique providers.

Creating bespoke itineraries requires a detailed understanding of the area and customer preferences, including specific costs. Therefore, a planning fee may be necessary to compensate for the additional time and effort required for larger projects.

We reserve the right to add a 10 - 15% service charge, depending on the complexity of the total program. This service charge reflects the value of the expertise and time invested, along with having a dedicated contact person throughout your stay, ensuring a seamless journey. The fee covers management, personalised trip planning, handling, and operational charges before and during the trip.

360 WANDERLUST DMC is a Business-to-Business organisation, and therefore accepts bookings only from travel agents, tour operators, professional travel planners and companies. Upon confirmation, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to finalise the booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks or 42 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in Iceland. You may postpone or cancel your journey up to 46 days before the scheduled arrival date. In case of postponement, 360 WANDERLUST will do everything in order to negotiate the best flexible outcome together with our partners if one needs to postpone or cancel a confirmed trip. If there are difficulties with canceling a trip, we will inform you as soon as possible. Should a journey be canceled less than 6 weeks or 42 days prior to a scheduled arrival date, 100 % of the total amount will be charged. Prices may be subject to change if postponements affect specific dates or seasons or changes in the program. If adding extra charges when traveling or after receiving an invoice, 360 WANDERLUST reserves the right to add charges that might occur.
